ACUERDOS Y TERMINOS CON ANUNCIANTES
Nuestro Portal est� dise�ado para proveer a cualquier persona con los conocimientos b�sicos en el uso de una computadora la oportunidad de someter a la consideraci�n de HISPANOPLACES.COM la publicaci�n de anuncios o textos en las diferentes Secciones tales como Directorio de Servicios, banners, Clasificados, Hosting, etc. , sin la necesidad de mediar vendedores o contratos que los obliguen por largos periodos de tiempo. Al pagar con su tarjeta de cr�dito el anunciante puede cancelar con 30 dias de anticipaci�n cualquier compromiso con nuestra empresa.
- Tiempo para Servicio- (Timing of Service)-
Despues de su solicitud de inserci�n ser aprobada y su pago (si es necesario) sea hecho bueno por su Instituci�n bancaria, su anuncio o texto aparecer� en nuestro Portal entre 12 a 24 horas.
Pagos
A) HISPANOPLACES.COM es una Divisi�n de NOSOTROS ENTERPRISE. Todo pago por concepto de Servicios brindados por HISPANOPLACES.COM ser� pagadero a nombre de NOSOTROS ENTERPRISE.
B) Solamente el dolar Americano ser� aceptado como moneda para pagos prestados por nuestros servicios.
C) Pagos hechos a trav�s de Cheques ser�n aceptados unicamente para contratos de un t�rmino no menor de seis (6) meses.
D) Pagos a trav�s de tarjetas de Cr�dito:
� NOSOTROS ENTERPRISE cobrar� por adelentado la cantidad acordada en base a los servicios requeridos por el anunciante como se explica en la Secci�n de Tarifas.
� De ocurrir cualquier cambio en los precios de Tarifas, el anunciante ser� notificado con dos meses de antelaci�n a dichos cambios para as� dar oportunidad al comerciante a cancelar o aceptar el Nuevo pago.
� De no recibir una notificaci�n escrita y firmada por el anunciante, se entiende que el anunciante acepta pagar cualquier cantidad adicional a la acordada inicialmente.
� El anunciante puede cancelar cualquier anuncio y/o cualquier otro servicio prestado por NOSOTROS ENTERPRISES en cualquier momento que estime necesario siempre y cuando notifique por escrito con 30 d�as por adelantado al vencimiento de el tiempo comprado.
AGREEMENTS AND TERMS WITH ADVERTISERS-

When paying with a credit card the advertiser can cancel with 30 days of anticipation of any compromise with our company.
- TIMING OF SERVICE-
After a request of insertion is received and approved and payment is clear by their banking Institution, the announcement or text will appear in our Web Side within 12 to 24 hours.
-PAYMENTS-
A) HISPANOPLACES.COM is a Division of NOSOTROS ENTERPRISE. All payment of Services offered by HISPANOPLACES.COM will be payable in advance to the name of NOSOTROS ENTERPRISE.
B) Only the American dollar will be accepted like currency for payments.
C) Payments done through Checks will be accepted only for contracts of a not smaller term of six (6) months.
D) Payments through credit cards:
NOSOTROS ENTERPRISE will collect in advance the amount decided by the advertiser as it is explained in the Section of Rates.
- In case there are changes in our rates, the advertiser will be notified two months ahead of the effective date of these changes to give the opportunity to the advertiser to cancel or to accept the New payment.
If a written notification signed by the advertiser is not received by HISPANOPLACEs or NOSOTROS ENTERPRISE, it is understood that the advertiser accepts to pay any additional amount initially agreed.
